AIRLESS SPRAYING GUN |
AIRLESS SPRAYING PRINCIPLE
AIRLESS spraying operates by passing a product through a small tip under high pressure. Atomization is achieved purely by a single hose. The pump must deliver, depending on a particular application, a pressure somewhere inbetween 90-360 bar / 1300 and 5250 psi. The following parameters are to be carefully considered in order to achieve the desired quality of finish: viscosity, particle size, product pressure and size of the tip. |

| AIRLESS PUMPS |
| These pumps suck the material from its container and then push it through the outlet towards the gun under high pressure. The pumps operate by piston, or sometimes by diaphram. The pump motors can be pneumatic (the most widely used), electric or gas powered. |
